AliasSmith is Europe’s leading importer and brand builder of Mexican high-quality spirits. We distribute more than 100 products to 19 European countries. AliasSmith have had a yearly growth of 40% the last three years and we foresee an incremented expansion the coming years. To be able to excel in our plans we seek for an experienced seller that has the potential to become a key account manager.
You will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the expansion and providing good service to our present customer base. As a team player in AliasSmith we believe that you are well organized, structured and have the sales experience and personality to drive channel strategy and identify opportunities. You will travel frequently to field to foster and leverage strong personal relationships with all levels of distributor and account management and to gather knowledge and feedback on channels, category trends, and effectiveness of campaigns.
To represent AliasSmith we expect your communicational skills and ability to network to be top notch. You will represent each and one of the brands we promote and make sure that customers and partners fully understand each products potential as well as the AliasSmith service offering.
You will be in charge to develop and achieve sales performance targets having direct contact with each customer. Together with the AliasSmith-team you will develop annual collaborative business plans and conduct weekly progress checks of customer’s performance.
To enhance our sales and network your coaching skills to develop and encourage performance of distributor reps, brand ambassadors, tasting Reps will be put into test.
You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to travel around in Sweden, Europe and to Mexico to visit our clients, providers and partners.
First goal would be to enhance the sales in HORECA in Sweden.
To succeed in this role, you have a relentless drive for practical, applicable outputs. You simply love to sell and see that your efforts pay off. You probably have 4 - 6 years of proven experience working with sales and three or more of these years have been in the spirits industry.
As you will have contact with our European customers and represent Mexican brands, proficiency in English is a pre-requisite and good knowledge in Spanish an advantage. As the company is based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
Other desired qualities include “out of the box” thinking, a strong work ethic and effective decision making abilities. You should possess a university degree but IT-fluency, analytical skills and gift of persuasion combined with the ability to learn easily are more important.
The position we are offering is a full-time job starting ASAP with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable.
