What does the role involve?
Hilti Sweden is looking for a Sales Director who will take the initiative to lead and further develop a successful sales organization that has been experiencing double digit growth for the past 4 years.
You will report to the General Manager of Hilti Sweden and be a key member of the Swedish leadership team. In this role, you will initiate and direct strategy development and implementation, while leading experienced sales managers to guide and motivate the direct salesforce.
You will be based in the field, meeting with our customers as an important part of your role. You will also have P&L responsibility for the sales organization.

What you need is:
Direct sales experience - Hilti is a people business and we are looking for a leader with a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills, who can influence and engage team members in both a one-to-one setting and in groups.
An advanced degree; Master’s or MBA in a related field or area of study.
Demonstrate an accelerated career progression to date and has proven experience leading and inspiring managers.
A track record of achieving ambitious results for a commercially based organisation.
We imagine that the candidate has lived and worked abroad and is passionate about having an international career in the future.
The motivation and potential to develop beyond this position within Hilti to achieve a future senior corporate leadership role.
Verbal and written fluency in Swedish or other Scandinavian language is required.
