Metso Mining and Construction Technology in Sweden focuses on manufacturing, sales, customer service, product support and distribution of products for rock and minerals processing.
Metso Minerals in Ersmark looking for an employee to Customer service. We service clients worldwide and customer service is the company's face towards the customer. Your task is to be the contact person and a unifying link in the order process. The work involves frequent customer contact and close cooperation with other departments within the company. To participate, of course, in our efforts to improve business processes by participating in various logistics projects.
In your duties included customer order management, that is, orders are received and confirmed in our ERP system SAP. You are our customers, both internal and external, up to date on their orders and monitors the delivery will take place as confirmed. You work closely with production planning, purchasing, inventory and our product divisions.
Requirements:
If you are applying the training of at least secondary education, additional training in the logistics field is an advantage. You have good technical understanding and experience of working with MS Office programs. In addition to Swedish mastered you to communicate in English verbally and in writing. You are also a service-oriented and stress personal experience in being able to prioritize your work. We place high value on your positive involvement and your ability to work in groups.
