Finnish, Danish or Norwegian speaking customer service staff at online store
TNG is now looking for customer service employees on behalf of clients. Our client has been online since 2002 and is one of the largest tire and rim players on the Internet. They are active in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. In business, you will find the latest products from the biggest tire and rim vendors. The company has its central warehouse in Karlstad. The workplace is in Hammarbyhamnen. We are looking for someone who is bilintresserad and want to work in a young team with a positive spirit.
You will take care of the first meeting with the customer and answer sales questions and supply issues. In addition, you will be responsible for recording the client's order on the company website. In order to accurately respond to customer issues, you need to read up on the company's products. Knowledgeable staff is also asking for complicated cases.
This service is part of our staffing business, which means you become an employee of the TNG and works as a consultant onsite at our client. The assignment involves work 3-4 days per week, with varying hours.
Profile
For this mission, looking TNG those who want to work in a young and growing organization. You speak either Finnish, Danish or Norwegian fluently. When you are addicted to computer you need to have good computer experience. To help you fit in the workplace, we want you are service oriented and preferably has an interest in cars.
