Finnish−speaking Market & Sales support

Office location: Lund – Sweden

On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for Finnish-speaking Marketing & sales support. The position is a blend between administrative support and sales oriented tasks. At our clients office in Lund you will be providing business support and general back up for Key Account Managers as well as ensuring sales and world class service for smaller clients who you handle independently. You will also be handling administrative support in CRM-systems where clients are categorized and registered as well as cooperating with a team of marketing and sales support staff.

Main responsibilities & tasks
Working with market and sales support is a task that includes handling clients directly and independently over the phone. You will also be supporting our Key Account Managers with administrative support with offers and project coordination as well as take part in customer visits. You are our clients’ point of contact in handling orders – and as such, you provide service as well as maintain sales. You work in a group of individuals working with clients in all of northern Europe but your focus will be on the Finnish market.

You will also be coordinating internal cooperation with marketing and preparing documentation for customer events, visits and/or presentations.

Personality
We look for a detail-oriented individual with creative skills. A social person who enjoys making new contacts. As you work with sales it is important that you easily adapt to the person on the other side of the table. You are confident enough in yourself to come through as persuasive and trustworthy. You are competitive and stimulated by new tasks but without loosing track of things already on your ToDo-list. You have sense for coordination, multitasking and creative solutions.

Skills & Competencies
You have a commercial background preferably from an international context, as all our clients’ communication is in English. Above that you have at least 2 years experience from sales or sales administration and/or min. 2 years experience from marketing or marketing coordination.

But most of all you have passion for customers, you are reliable, fast and precise in your execution

Education
Preferably commercially oriented, not necessarily at an academic level.

Language skills
Swedish – excellent
English – excellent
Finnish - fluent
IT- and technical skills
PC applications such as MS Office, some project management, is a must, however SAP-experience is preferred.
