Your main task will be to establish relationships with new customers and sell TNGs unique and successful concept, but also to further develop and additional sales to your existing customers with good potential. You work very closely with your colleagues in the team and report directly to regional manager in place. To do this from our fine facilities in central Gothenburg.
In your job search for and establish contact with new customers to offer TNGs services in the staffing and recruitment. You run your own sales processes resultatintriktat and independently. Your primary contact is the HR and line managers in large and medium-sized Swedish and international companies across many industries. By building strong relationships with your customers, create long term business.

To succeed and thrive as sales person in the TNG requires that you have 1-2 years of successful experience in selling services, like staffing and / or recruitment. You come from a high-performance sales culture with a lot of customer contact and relationship building activities. A good network of contacts and good knowledge of our region is a prerequisite for success. It is important that you have the ability to combine your strong drive and high energy with a structured and tactical behavior of very varied types of client relationships. You have good communication skills and use freely Swedish and English in speech and writing on a business level. Another success factor is the ability to work with our recruiters and the understanding that a strong commitment and excellence in delivery is a prerequisite to develop your customer relationships.
Profile
As a person you are driven, ambitious and achievement oriented with a sympathetic approach to colleagues and customers. It is important that you appreciate and enjoy the dynamic, solution-oriented and business-oriented culture in an entrepreneurial company. Some type of academic training is a plus, preferably in finance, technology and personnel - but the key is a strong customer focus and an understanding of the activities that generate profitable and long term business.
