NCC Housing AB is looking for Sales Manager for the experience of one property!

The role with us
The sales manager manages and distributes the work of excellence sales and reports directly to the Regional Manager and is part of the region's management team. The sales manager has overall responsibility for regional marketing Stockholm as home builders and liability for sales of the region's products. He is also responsible he / she for the development of products relating to the soft parameters and should work with future housing. The sales manager is also responsible at the regional level to preserve and develop the company brand.

The Staff for 50-10 employees are selling as well as responsibility for coordinating and managing external brokers.

Your experiences
* University Degree / College in economics / marketing / sales
* Experience managing sales staff
* Create sales and driving pulse in the whole process, from project to organization
* Negotiating experience
* Insight into the entertainment industry, such as travel or flight
* You will be the first time receive relevant, internal training courses in Environmental Law and
