With us you will be responsible for
In this position, you will have the possibility to build up a new technical area within the unit. You will be responsible for both the building part and for the economic goals, which includes to define potential customers, create a Go To Market Plan, approach and build relationships. The work is done in close cooperation with an external partner, and you will be able to influence the building of your team internally.

We expect you to have
You have experience from Solution Selling within IT-systems, preferable ECM. You are used to make Go To Market Plans and to connect these to economic goals. You have a track record of successfully building up a business unit from the start.

You have global experience and know the challenges of having your colleagues in different countries. For this position you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

As a person you are
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to make business. With a combination of drive and trustworthiness you easily create network. Your ability to cooperate and adapt your way of speaking is important to be able to handle different cultures and different customers. You are a responsible person with a positive mindset that makes you see solutions instead of obstacles.
