Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
Our client is one of the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments and a leading supplier to industrial customers in the packaging, publication, coatings, plastics, cosmetics, but also to customers in electronics and fire protection. Our client is looking for a sales manager for his division in the inks, Inks. The role includes a responsibility for the Swedish sales but also to act as key account manager for a number of major global customers in the Nordic countries. The division has annual sales of $ 30 million in the Nordic region with approximately 80-85 million in Sweden. The goal is to achieve a market share of 40% in all countries. As Sales Manager you are responsible for a seller in Sweden and you also have operational responsibility for the two Swedish. Today there is a well-functioning Nordic sales force and a European organization that takes care of global key accounts. The roles of sales and technical staff are well defined and the Nordic team is working very well. You will work in close collaboration with the other sales managers in the Nordic region and Europe, the technical teams in the Nordic countries and the global KAM team.
Your task will be to manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities together with your staff to Key Accounts and other Swedish customers and you have direct P & L responsibility for sales targets and strategic objectives. You report to the Nordic business area manager for Inks.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in sales and key account management at the Nordic level. Experience in packaging, plastic or graphic arts industry and academic education in engineering and / or technology is an advantage. You have strong analytical skills and are easy to understand the client's core business. You thrive in a role where you will develop long term relationships and you are driven to do business. You speak and write fluent English and Swedish.
