We are looking for an experienced and talented
Sales Manager / Product Manager Compact Equipment, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg
Tasks
The service means that you have ledaransvaret for our three talented compact machine sellers who are geographically located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Eslöv. Sellers customizes and sells into flexible solutions to customers in the product range Compact Machines (Machines up to 8 tons). Many of the customers are in construction and in industry. Your task as manager is to develop sales in these regions by coaching, motivating and developing salespeople. You will lead the daily work with them, by one of you prepared and effective development plan, which includes everything from the sellers' quality sales skills, performance management, debriefings of key performance indicators and regional potential and development opportunities.
Besides Compact Machine sellers, you should also support and develop our other vendors (18st) as we have in the company to increase their product knowledge and selling points, but you will also work with sales-oriented product analysis and campaigns, carry out demonstration activities and to bring the financial and volume targets, in the segment of compact machines .
To help you our talented employees in our marketing and logistics department, but you will also have close and effective collaboration with colleagues at Caterpillar's factories around the world.
You report directly to the BCP Manager in Norway, which is responsible for the Compact Machine Sales in all countries where PON CAT is active.
We are looking for
* Have experience of successful sales and who have high technical skills (you also have experience in similar supervisory work, it is an advantage).
* Working in our industry or related industries.
* Is a commercial and self-propelled and that can make your own decisions.
* Is strategic, proactive, creative, structured and driven and have the ability to develop and inspire others.
* Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
* Speak Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
