Main responsibility is to develop and put in place, an aftermarket strategy for the Northern Europe region aligned to the EMAL region ambition, encompassing the efficient and effective operation of own and outsourced Service Centers, its P&L and quality control of services. Drive the Aftermarket business by developing sales of spares and accessories, digital services (Fleet) and service contracts. The position is reporting to Northern Europe Regional Sales & Services Director and part of the regional management team. The position is also responsible for the local Swedish sales entity’s aftermarket organization, with service technicians, and a member of that management team as well.
Drives new aftermarket opportunities and coordinates with Sales, Marketing and product Management to assure proper input and successful implementation.
Full compliance of operations with regulations and policies, implementation of corporate operational strategies, establishment of management targets and monitoring of achievement of results.
Evaluate and initiate all aftermarket business programs and processes.
Continuously follow up, and contribute to improve “Service as business” concepts
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of own and outsourced Service Centers
You have a Bachelors’ degree in business related field or equivalent years of experience required and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and working in an international organization providing aftermarket services of relevant equipment with own and outsourced service centers.
In depth understanding of service principles and soft offers/additional sales and how to implement it. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
As a person you take initiative, are analytical and customer oriented. You are able to switch between strategic and an executional mind set. You lead teams effectively and with courage.
