Area Sales Manager
We are looking for the Area Sales Manager that wants to join our journey!
You will be part of our Sales team of 27 colleagues, located around Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa. This role is based in Helsingborg with the possibility to depart from home whereas you are expected to be in the office when not travelling. This, for networking with your colleagues and to gain in dept experience with our JBT Portfolio. You will be responsible for the further development of the Scandinavian (excluded Finland) and Icelandic territory in close cooperation with our local Agents and Value Stream Application specialists. Traveling will be intensive given the territories to be covered but is to become plannable in combination with the extension of our agent network. Your manager, nevertheless being Dutch, is located in Moscow, Russia and responsible for that area as well. You will work closely together even if on distance.
In this role you will determine and execute operational sales plans that are in line with the overall strategic plan. You will identify, negotiate and close sales opportunities. We see that you have a focus on develop and maintain long term relationships with customers in your area. You will also support Aftermarket sales in achieving agreed objectives. Further you will report on customers, market, economic and competitive situations and trends. As well as participate in trade shows and customer events.

To qualify for the position, you have a degree within a technical field. You have at least 3 years’ experience from a technical sales environment. Good skills in Excel and you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. If you have experience working within the food sector and with the CRM system Sales Force, it is considered as an advantage.
