Marketing Insights & Planning 

Together with talented colleagues, you will be part of the GN Hearing Marketing Insights & Planning team. The team is on a transformative journey, due to amongst others, the changes in the hearing industry, including new regulations in the US, which create new opportunities for solutions that can attract and empower more people to take care of their hearing earlier.  

With medical grade solutions that more seamlessly fit the end-users’ hearing needs and lives, highlighting the critically important role of hearing care professionals along they journey to better hearing.  

The Marketing Insights & Planning team is a team of highly experienced and passionate colleagues with competences across the end user and customer research and insights, product marketing, brand strategy, activation and communications. A truly global and diverse team, we aim to continuously advance our marketing planning and practice being insights based, plan for digital first, commercial in our focus, balance long- and short-term, and work truly collaborative with our colleagues in central functions and around the world. 

Brand Coordinator

GN Hearing’s brands Resound and Beltone are renowned for innovative hearing solutions of high quality that over and over set new standards in the hearing industry. As our new Brand Coordinator, you ensure that our key brands are clearly positioned as leading hearing solution brands in the market , and that all marketing and communication consistently build towards that positioning – for both Hearing Care Professional customers – and for our end users.

For that, as part of the role, our global marketing and communication efforts shall further expand to integrated campaigns and programs on brand, partner, and solution level that create positive reputation, and ongoing digitally led engagement with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, potential and existing end users.

In addition, you will:   

  • Support the creation of the brand & communication plan for our key brands in defining themes, global campaigns, and key activities to be activated in global channels and markets
  • Execute on the brand & communication plan for prioritized global and large-scale campaigns, launches, and programs with clearly defined objectives
  • Brief inhouse creative and external agency partners ensuring the creative response answers on the plan, with consistent messaging, and with a digital first and omni-channel approach
  • Oversee brand and communication activities and assets are delivered on brief, quality, time, and budget enabling central and local implementation and activation with your counterpart in our in-house Creative Team
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues in your team, as well as in global key markets such as US, Japan, UK, Germany, Spain,France and China. Collaborative planning willensure efficiency and aligned marketing priorities, activating prioritized campaigns and programs while sharing local best practice

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across GN Hearing, incl. functional experts within Marketing, Portfolio & Product Management, Training & Education and key stakeholders across regions and global markets. Externally you will collaborate with our partners for brand, creative, content creation, or activation.

Who are we looking for?  

To be successful in your new role, it is important that you have a strong customer focus. You like to work with end user needs and opportunities in mind, to focus and realize an outstanding end user and customer journey to better hearing. 

Furthermore, we imagine that you: 

  • Ideally you have 2-3 years of experience from working with marketing project coordination and/or communication planning with an international focus – ideally with B2B2C marketing channels
  • Have a background from the MedTech, health care, due to the regulated requirements is an advantage
  • Hold strong project- and stakeholder management skills both internally and with external agencies
  • Can create project reliability in terms of clarifying the scope, providing overviews and timelines, handling risks, and ensuring on-time project deliverables
  • Have experience with digital asset creation and thinking digital first into campaigns
  • Are driven by identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ideally you have experience with Project Management platforms (i.e. Asana, wrike, monday) and Social Media Management platforms (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprout
  • Have a can-do-attitude and don’t shy away from new tasks or from changes to plans, and bring creative solutions to project management challenges
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and in speech
