Are you our new Business Developer with competence within CRM and sales development?
You will belong to the Chapter Traders, where our solid business understanding is used to make deals that benefit our customer and us, in the areas of Ideas & Conceptualization, Partnerships, Loyalty and Churn Prevention among others. Your tasks and assignments will be performed together with colleagues in a Business Team with extensive knowledge in the Energy Market.
As a Business Developer you will:
Improve the customer experience of Vattenfall’s smaller corporate customers.
Develop new sales channels and campaigns
Establish and maintain a data-driven approach and find new touchpoints for our customers
Refine our customer journey and design retention strategies.
3+ years’ experience from CRM/marketing automation
Academic degree within a relevant field and/or documented experience from CRM/Customer Journeys/Marketing Automation.
Experience of customer journey mapping
Sales campaign and channel development
Analysis of customer behaviour
Experience from working in an agile setting will be considered a merit.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and a strong command in Swedish
You are a driven, independent, organized and positive person who make things happen. You are furthermore strong in connecting with people and in communication but like to work computer-driven. A passionate relation to energy, sustainability and climate will for sure be a benefit in this position.
