Business Development Manager

Sebratec is a tech company with offices in Sweden and Brazil. We offer our clients consulting on site, offshore and in-house services related to IT as well other technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Embedded Systems. We are commited to deliver expertise to our clients and we help people to reach their next targets and challenges in their careers. We are growing and as a part of this we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our family and together with us be responsible for our continued expansion in Sweden.

In the role as Business Development Manager you will really get the opportunity to build up the foundation in a team with unlimited opportunities. The role is a cross-functional role since you will be involved in all aspects of launching opportunities within Sebratec. You will manage sales, projects and customers with a solid business approach. To succeed in this role you should have a strong passion for sales and technology. You are an active doer with a compelling sales personality and a hunger to close new businesses as well as creating long term relationships with our clients.

The role on a daily basis:

The role as Business Development Manager is a flexible and self-driven role. This means that you have free hands to structure projects as you see fit. Projects that you would manage could include:

  • Sales within all of our areas

  • Setting up new business relations

  • Shaping our inhouse development model towards new customers

  • Analyzing growth opportunities

  • Strengthen the local footprint related to consultancy business

  • Build an effective organization together with other team members

You will work closely with our team from our office in Göteborg and also in close collaboration with the team in Stockholm. You will gain exceptional insights into our business by driving sales all the way to implementation, as well as deep dive into current processes to deliver progressive improvements. This requires a commited, positive and proactive attitude as we set out to do what others believe impossible.

Qualification and Prior Experience:

  • 5 + years’ experience working with sales in high-growth startup or similar

  • Significant exposure to working in cross-cultural environments

  • Proven and documented amazing results in driving sales

  • The ability to multi-task as you will be running multiple projects at the same time and manage a variety of different sales streams

  • Solid experience in project management and fast-moving entrepreneurial environments is a big advantage in this role

  • Previous experience from IT solutions is an advantage

  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required

This is a full-time employment with flexible hours and you will work from our office in Gothenburg and remote.
