Business Development Manager Nordics (Sweden)
Entrepreneurial sales hunter, that can hit the ground running and sell our products in the Nordics (Stockholm area based).

In this position you are responsible for the sales performance in the region. You will develop and implement an ambitious sales plan in order to generate solid growth in Ergotron’s key vertical markets through both the IT and Office channels. You will enhance engagement and sales processes to ensure optimal partner and end user satisfaction. You will work closely together with the Territory Account Manager (TAM) and manage and support the channel partners in the region.

You will preferably be based in the Stockholm area, working from a home office. You will be travelling extensively in your assigned region.

Your tasks

  • Compile, analyze and structure sales KPI’s and pipeline data to provide management with solid reports and recommendations.

  • Analyze and optimize the go-to-market strategy in the region. Identify and recruit a comprehensive network of channel partners to ensure optimal geographical and vertical coverage.

  • Increase existing channel partner commitment and performance through enhanced, long term relationships.

  • Support the TAM. Monitor performance and proactively propose actions to improve Ergotron’s productivity and efficiency in the region. Report on business performance on a regular basis.

  • Collect customer feedback, market research, market trends and competitive intelligence. Provide regular updates to management and define product development needs in a structured manner.

  • Plan and coordinate events and marketing activities in close cooperation with the marketing team.

  • Responsible for timely and accurate updating of all required systems and programs necessary for sales operations including Salesforce and others as appropriate to ensure customer data is well maintained and documented.

Ergotron is looking for an entrepreneurial, focused and results oriented sales professional. An excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Someone who has a proven ability to gain, develop and maintain strong relationships, both externally and internally. A well organized and highly self-motivated person, accurate, energetic and responsive.

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree, commercial education.

  • Proven track record in business development.

  • Solid understanding of indirect sales models and channel dynamics. Experience in working with channel partners in B2B, preferably in IT and/or Office Furniture.

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiator. Ability to communicate effectively with a sales team, other functional groups and customers in an international environment.

  • High integrity, strong work ethics, committed team player. Highly self-motivated.

  • Ability to work from home and to willingness to travel.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Oracle and Salesforce.
