Business Development Representative

The Sales Development function is an integral part of our global scale-up. The team collaborates with our Marketing and Sales departments to execute on campaigns and develop top-of-funnel activities through prospecting and communicating with potential customers. 

Your role is incredibly vital at Winningtemp as you will be developing inbound and outbound opportunities and turning those into qualified meetings for our Sales team.  

This is an ideal opportunity for a sharp, motivated, curious, and customer-focused individual who is able to move at a fast pace and is serious about developing a career in sales. 

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and qualify new inbound MQLs that turn into quality meetings 

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities  

  • Perform timely outbound calls by engaging with stakeholders via phone, email and social channels 

  • Research and identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines 

  • Capture and manage information from prospects in our CRM, Hubspot 

  • Set up meetings for the sales team and meet a weekly goal of outbound calls set

Who You Are

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Norwegian

  • Results- and process-driven 

  • 1 year+ experience in sales or sales development, preferably in the technology industry. (HR Tech industry is advantageous) 

  • A reliable and enthusiastic problem-solver 

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience using Hubspot is advantageous
