Do you want to be a leading part of building a better tomorrow? The Nordic region is quickly becoming a new epicentrum for industry 4.0 and sustainability within the general industry. We are now seeking a high potential person with a can-do attitude to take on the role of Business Line Manager General Industry (GI) for our Nordic customer center.
Your mission will be to deliver sustainable, profitable growth in our 7 segments through unrivalled customer value as well as customer- and employee satisfaction. You are an experienced leader capable of orchestrating our knowledgeable and senior sales team. You are customer focused with a proven track record in value-based sales with a technology B2B focus. As Business Line Manager, you have full profit and loss responsibility.
Your team of 17 people include a sales and distribution manager, key account managers, our sales and support team in Norway and the sales support and front office team. You will also work in close collaboration with our sales team and country managers from Denmark, Finland & Baltics. Together you will create and execute a business plan in line with the divisional strategy to deliver sustainable profitable growth. You will take the business to the next level by transforming our customers through our extensive portfolio of solutions for tightening applications, data collection, quality assurance and error-proofing. Also, digitalization and investments connected to sustainability, renewable energy and electrification will be key going forward.
The position will come with high exposure and a great potential to pursue high career ambitions over time. You will be part of the Nordic management team and report to the General Manager of the Customer Center.
Main tasks include:
Creation and execution of a business plan delivering sustainable profitable growth for your industry
Leading a senior high performing team, including a sales and distribution manager, key account managers, our sales and support team in Norway and the sales support and front office team towards success
Regional cooperation and coordination together with country managers from Norway, Denmark, Finland & Baltics
Cross functional collaboration together with Service and other functions such as the product companies and global divisional resources
Full profit and loss responsibility for your defined industry
A value adding management team member for the customer center
The position requires traveling within the Nordic region. The preferred location is to reside from our Gothenburg office. The Swedish language is mandatory.

The person we are seeking for holds a Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, business or similar and should have a strong interest in marketing and sales.
We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English. Other languages, specifically Nordic are a merit.
Country and city description
The preferred location for the position is our office in Gothenburg but we are open for discussion. We have offices situated in Sickla/Nacka, 8 minutes from Central Stockholm and in other parts of Sweden and all Nordic countries.
