As Business Line Manager, you have full people and P&L responsibility for the Service business in the Nordics. Your team of 20+ people includes sales, marketing and service technicians. Together with your team, you will create and execute a business plan in line with the divisional strategy in order to deliver sustainable, profitable growth through unrivalled customer value, employee- and customer satisfaction. You will take the business to the next level by transforming our customers through our extensive and innovative portfolio of solutions. You are part of the Nordic management team and report to the General Manager.
Experience requirements & Personality requirements
Proven, strong leadership skills. Strong track record of value based sales in B2B. Previous P&L experience is an advantage. Ability to quickly learn new things and understand technical contexts. Good at strategic level as well as hands-on. Social, outgoing and good at winning trust both with colleagues and customers. Engineering degree or similar.
