About us 
The Business Transformation Data Management function's overall task is to drive business change and manage governance of Data Management for Husqvarna Group. We are a part of Global Information Services and responsible for the group data management strategy and to support business units in successfully achieving set strategic data management targets. This also include accountability for one key data area - Master Data.

We do this by leading group Data Governance Team accompanied by driving change and long-term development of the Master Data area. Within Business Transformation Data Management we continuously focus on listening in to and bridge business operational needs into data management improvements towards our strategic target of becoming a data driven company. 

What we offer you
We offer you a role where you will develop, lead and continuously work with change management within the Master Data area closely connected to our strategic targets. 

In this role you will work together with a global network of business professionals that represent the core competencies in Husqvarna that timely provide business with a sustainable supply of business relevant and quality master data. With your network you will be establishing strategies, business relationship management and tactics, take part/lead business change, securing governance, monitor KPI's and evaluate risk and drive mitigations. 

You will be working in a global and multicultural context with colleagues from around the world, together exploring and leading Husqvarna’s journey towards becoming a more data driven company that shape great experiences for our customers.

Your main tasks
In this role you will be a member of the group Data Governance Team managing the Master Data area that is a key component of Husqvarna’s data management. 

Main tasks:

  • Be overall responsible for Master Data Management and take active ownership of requests for changes in this area. 

  • Develop and lead change initiatives that transform Master Data Management to achieve strategic data management targets. 

  • Ultimately responsible for all relations with the MDM Data Managers and MDM Data Stewards in business units and for the operation of Group MDM Support function. 

  • Be an escalation resource for network and committee members and key business stake holders reporting to senior management & colleagues 

  • Lead, coach and empower data managers and data stewards to succeed in implementing group governance in their respective business units. 

  • Develop and maintain group common processes and instructions and secure that they are implemented in all business units. 

  • Global cross divisional operations management 

  • Manage requests from global programs and functions on data and governance changes

  • Create and manage updates of training material for globally common procedures 

  • Regular KPI-measurements and quality audits on master data 

  • Business ownership of the group master data repository 

Your profile 
We are looking for someone that has great analytical and problem solving skills. Someone that has the ability to lead people, is a strong influencer and communicator that thrives in a complex and global environment with many different stakeholders. In this role your ability to collaborate with direct and indirect team members in a remote structure is highly important. 

In order for you to be successful in this position we see that you have senior leadership experience, preferably from a matrix organization. You should at least have 5 years’ experience from a similar role in an international environment gained from Business development, R&D, Quality, Project management, IT or similar transformation activities. 

Other requirements:

  • MSc Engineering or equivalent 

  • Minimum 10 years work experience overall 

  • Manager level within data management, product development or information systems (business/engineering related) or management consultant within the field. 

  • Extensive knowledge and experience from master data management and architecture / applications / standards related to data management 

  • Operational leadership experience and/or large projects, alongside senior stakeholder management experience (on an international level) 

  • Having led cross-functional development or transformation initiatives 

This position is preferably located in Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered
