Customer Success Manager

Kindly is experiencing rapid growth, and with 100 customers in our portfolio and more to come, we are now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to work with our existing customers. Due to the traction we're currently experiencing, this is an important hire for us; you will play a key role in the development of the company. We're taking this to the next level, and hope that someone with your profile and skill set would be interested in coming aboard.

Wondering what we do? Our customized conversion technology allows businesses to engage, assist and convert their visitors into customers, with a focus on assisting visitors (and customers!) with their queries through AI-driven chatbots, and increasing ROI through conversions. Our customers see, on average, 5-10% more online sales conversions and a 15-20% uplift in average order value, and a 40-60% reduction in manual work through automating their customer dialogue. 

This is especially promising when you realize that around 96-98% of visitors leave a site without buying anything, and that many customers may have to wait a long time in a queue to have a relatively basic question answered. We are already working with some of the strongest brands in the Nordics (and beyond!), such as Elkjøp, Norwegian, OBOS, Visma, Kahoot!, Helly Hansen, Schibsted, Varner, Brandsdal, Komplett and more.

With us you will play an important role in the further development of the company. You will work with the best people in the industry and be part of a young and social team.

We believe you have a degree in business/marketing/communications, have a few years behind you in your working life as a Key Account Manager or similar, and have some knowledge of digital marketing.

The strategic objective of the position is sustainable profitability and growth for both us and our customers. This by further development of our technology so that it solves our existing customers' challenges in the best possible way.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that she or he works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.


  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients

  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

  • Aid clients in achieving their goals

  • Maintain existing customers and help optimize our solutions to their advantage

  • Create commitment and interest to get the value out of our services according to their expectations

  • Clarify the opportunities that lie in the concept and what we contribute towards increased profitability

  • Gain the necessary knowledge and understanding about the customers' market, the products or services they sell, the customer journey and the buying behavior in their market


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in customer success

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Norwegian/Swedish + English)

  • Detail oriented and analytical

  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer value
