Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Director the Market Development Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales department through pipeline generation. This includes qualification of inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns and proactive lead generation thru social selling tools, phone, events and different channels. The Market Development team is responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing department through pipeline generation across New Business and Existing clients. Utilizing marketing activities and partner landscape ecosystem apart from self-proactive lead generation. This includes identification and qualification of inbound and outbound leads via social media, phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
As a seasoned MDR, his/her mission is to ensure the monthly goal performance. CRM expert that not only understands the product pitch and customer challenges but the main operative KPIs of demand generation and all the stages to achieve our goal.
This sales and analytical candidate would be responsible for establishing relationships with our customers, listening their challenges, profiling accounts and mastering the power of CRM. Interacting with marketing, product marketing, sales, account management and partners to maximise opportunities for the customer while being compliant to all company policies.
Education, Experience and Training required:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Sales.
Minimum of 2 years’ of work experience preferably in customer facing roles.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

The Market Development Representative will be part of the sales team and work from the SAP office at Sveavägen in Stockholm city. The employment of the Market Development Representative will initially be through our marketing partner MPWR Conmsulting AB on a yearly basis. In the long term, there may be opportunities for employment directly at SAP Concur.
