Using innovative technology, we help companies automate processes, leading to lower costs, increased revenue, and reduced churn. From being a static neglected piece of paper, our new evolved invoice is instead an interactive way to shape strong, lasting relationships between companies and their customers. To continue evolving our product and growing our market share, we now need help in order to make more informed decisions.

As a Market Research Analyst at Billogram, you will collect, process, and analyze data to make prognoses about future markets and trends, give advice on sales strategies, and assist in the planning, organizing, and follow up on ad campaigns, PR, and other marketing activities. Your focus will be analyzing data together with your colleagues, but also independently. The goal is to paint an overall picture of market trends, business potential, and risks.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that easy to comprehend

  • Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including opinion polls, surveys, and questionnaires

  • Gather information on competitors, and analyze their sales, prices, and methods of distribution and marketing

  • Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with statisticians, marketing professionals, and pollsters

  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results

  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits, and needs to identify better market potential (international and national) and factors influencing product demand.

  • Support sales with leads analytics

Prerequisites to be successful in the role:

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Bachelor´s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within marketing or other relevant areas

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experienced and skilled user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably also SQL

  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of CRM programs

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
