We are looking for a new, talented coworker to join our Service department in Bjuv, near Helsingborg, Sweden. Could this be you?
So far, around 160 Siwertell ship unloaders have been delivered all over the world, and our Service department is responsible for meeting their ongoing maintenance and spare parts needs. In recent years, this business has grown significantly and we now need an Order Coordinator.
As an Order Coordinator, you will administrate customer orders and projects for the Service department including sales, spare parts and inspections. You will be responsible for sending purchase orders to suppliers, as well as filing all relevant documentation including invoices, packing lists, and various certifications, for example, certificates of origin and quality inspections. The position requires contact and communication with worldwide customers and representatives and close cooperation with colleagues within Service and other company departments.
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have a degree at secondary level, in administration or logistics, or the equivalent work experience. We expect you to be organized, self-motivated and able to manage and drive your own workload. You should have good knowledge of both written and spoken English. Experience or knowledge of internationally recognized delivery and payment terms, as well as letters of credit and other relevant bank guarantees and shipping documents, will be beneficial, but not essential. The ability to read mechanical drawings will be considered an advantage.
