Performance Account Manager Specialist,

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and managing executive stakeholders.
  • People Management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading decentralized specialist teams.
  • Experience working across multiple markets in large organizations.
  • Experience working across product, operations, and sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of how to work with large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team and hire and Grow Find My Skills. Manage for high performance, and coach on a daily basis.

  • Work closely with cilents, identify and remove roadblocks.

  • Be responsible for setting the product strategy and goals for Find My Skills

  • Whit partners in the business aria.
