About the company
Hailey HR is a SaaS HR tech scale-up founded in Sweden in the spring of 2020 by a group of engineers and entrepreneurs with many successful companies in their portfolio.
In 2019 the founders were looking for an HR system for one of their companies. They were surprised by the lack of modern, user-friendly, and GDPR-compliant systems. The idea to build what they couldn't find was born, and that idea became Hailey!
Their end-to-end HR platform covers the entire employee journey; employment, preboarding, performance, surveys, analytics, and offboarding. They help their customers collect all employee data in one place and provide managers and employees with a modern user experience. Hailey challenges and digitizes the traditional HR work.
Hailey has its head office in Stockholm and a sales office in Hudiksvall. They are now expanding and looking to enter more markets by establishing offices in different markets and starting an international sales team in Stockholm.
As an Account Executive, you will join Hailey HR's team of 30+ people. You will belong to the new international sales team. You will be the first to work dedicated to Polish-speaking European markets.
As the first salesperson in a new market, you will need to be able to take the initiative and quickly familiarize yourself with our product and our sales tools. You set the standard for Hailey HR's sales. If successful in your role, you will be able to be a central part of the company's strong growth with an opportunity to work internationally.
Interest in SaaS products and HR tech is a great advantage in this role. By staying up-to-date with our product updates, you can better convey the product's value to potential customers.
• B2B sales, where you are responsible for the entire process, from prospecting to closing
• Handle new customers, as well as book customer meetings
• Hold demos and present Hailey's system
• Work with customers from various industries, with a focus on both large and small companies
Education, experience and personal traits
• A few years of work experience
• Experience in sales/customer success – or a good understanding of what it means to work with sales
• Native Polish speaker; Swedish knowledge is meritorious
• Merit with experience in recruitment/staffing, HR, project management, management, and/or sales. Our sales team has a broad background where you can benefit from each other's experience - as long as you are interested in honing your skills in B2B sales.
The most important thing is whom you are as a person and having a background supporting that. We are looking for people with tremendous inner drive and the ambition to lead themselves. It is essential that you have a good understanding of complex sales that involve multiple contact points, consultation, and responsiveness to customers. Handling multiple working tasks becomes part of everyday life. From experience, we know that stress management is vital. Areas of responsibility will challenge your analytical abilities, and it is an advantage to understand HR/tech.
Hailey HR wants to challenge existing suppliers of HR systems by creating a modern and user-friendly SaaS product adapted to the companies, managers, and employees of the future.
