Husqvarna is now hiring a Pro Sales Manager for Sweden to help us shape our industry’s tomorrow.
About the position:
As part of the Pro Sales Organization in Sweden, you will be accelerating our position within the professional green space market, making our brand recognized as a solution partner for innovative and sustainable green space management.
You and your (future) team make the difference for our customers, by providing solutions for the professional end-customer. You will be expected to support the Husqvarna Pro dealer network and pro-end customers. You will lead an own team, currently 6 persons but growing, by keeping daily contact, target setting, coaching and follow up.
In your role, you and your team need to add value to our customers in being curious, trouble shooting, service minded, innovative solution oriented and for the genuine interest in ensuring our customers profitability and great experiences with our products and services.
You operate in close cooperation with the Dealer Sales organisation in the country and with other Pro Sales teams in the Northern Europe region
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
- Continue to build an even stronger culture of solution selling, through products and services
- People management with focus on cultural transformation, coaching and development
- Business cases and market development plans, based on solid foundations built over deep investigations and assessments
- Customize Marketing, Service & After Sales strategies through a close relationship with these corporate areas
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Customers visits and network development
- Strategic Key Account planning
You are extroverted with strong interpersonal skills, know how to approach a sales team and customers with a positive mindset even in situations of problems to be solved, you are a self-motivated and result driven person with a passion for driving change. You are a logical thinker, sales focused, with a strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity to challenge status quo and wiliness to solve issues. You truly believe and have enough energy and resiliency to keep and implement strategies for solution selling through premium products and services.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience as sales manager, with proof of solutions selling
- Microsoft Office including CRM
- Solid understanding of sales, after sales and customer experience
- Willingness to work in a demanding and customer focussed environment
- Fluently in Swedish and English, orally and in writing.
- Existing experience of gardens products would be advantageous
- Full clean driving license
- Extensive travels are required
