We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to help us push the digital customer experience to the next level! Together with our project owners, managers, other employees, external agencies, as well as project managers at headquarter in Munich, you will support some of our ongoing development projects.
The focus will be central steered digitization projects which now will be implemented in our Northern European countries (Nordic + Baltic). Your responsibility is to make sure that the respective project is proceeding according to plan / time schedule, and that the sub-goals are met. This must then be documented, reported and presented. To be able to handle the job it is of highest importance that you´re structured, systematic and organized with straightforward way of communicating.
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Support our ongoing development projects; plan, follow up and report in our project tool (Trello)
• Independently run and coordinate assignments with different stakeholders
• Anchor the work with everyone and have a straightforward and clear communication
• Plan and book meetings with several stakeholders
• Take overall responsibility for projects; Making sure that they are on schedule and that intermediate and sub-goals are achieved and presented. Create schedules for milestones and make sure that every team has the necessary tools to get the work done
• Refine and compile information and summarize / present the information in an understandable way to the local board and the headquarter, sometimes within a short time frame
• Help out with documenting the project phases and create summary reports for company management and headquarter.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
It is of great importance that you have experience of and a great interest in, digitization, as well as experience from project management. You have strong knowledge of digital project management tools and are excellent at creating professional presentations in Power point. You have a strong client focus and you are comfortable in making presentations to other employees and stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator and your oral and written communication skills in both English and Swedish are great. Preferable is that you have worked in an international setting previously.

You have a flexible mindset with the ability to work on multiple tasks. You also have the ability to structure and plan to be able to deliver high quality results on strict deadlines.
Brand literacy, excellent attention to detail and interest in emerging technology are important.
