Swedish and Finnish speaking Technical Customer Service Agent

Do you speak Swedish, Finnish and English fluently and have previous experience working with customer service? Do you enjoy finding solutions to problems and enjoy talking with customers through the phone? Then this Customer Service Agent role might be a perfect fit for you!

This is a recruitment for our customer and you’ll start working sometime after the summer 2021. The office you’ll be working in is located in the northern parts of Stockholm, with good public transport options.

E-commerce distributor of technical products in the Nordic region. The company sells up to 200 000 different products from well-known brands such as Fluke, Honeywell, Omron as well as their own brand. The company has more than 50 years experience in the industry and is part of a large European organization with several sales offices across Europe. Together, they have more than one million customers and approximately 400 employees.

The role 

The role as Customer Service Agent includes a variety of different work tasks. Primarily, your job will be to attend to queries from your customers - usually, these are uncommon problems that the 1st line support have forwarded to you. Therefore, we believe that in order to thrive in this role you love problems (finding solutions) rather than fear them. Your daily work tasks will, among other things, include:

- Answering incoming calls and mails from customers (B2B)

- Finding solutions for customer problems that aren’t common (2nd line)

- Work with ”additional sales”, for instance informing customers of special offers

- Act as a support to Account Managers (for instance handling orders)

Your profile

You must be fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish and have experience working with the phone as a tool – either in sales or customer service. Apart from that, your personality is the most important part. To enjoy working in this position, you like the challenge of finding solutions to new problems. We also think you're a service minded and flexible teamplayer. In addition to this, we believe you have a technical interest and can guide customers with technical questions. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a high pace role and environment with a lot of customer contact through the phone.

Additionally, you have at least a few of the following:

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office’s different programs

  • Sales/Digital/Marketing education

  • Worked in a B2B setting

  • Experience working with an international team

  • Experience working with SAP
