Join TUI as our new Talent Acquisition Manager to help designing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talents for TUI in the Nordic, and ensure vacancies are filled with talented individuals. 


  • Maximize recruitment pipeline through use of online channels and communication.

  • End-to-end recruitment process for roles within Nordics

  • Develop strategies to address retention risks and skill gaps, ensuring succession plans are in place considering internal talent as a priority

  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives and improve the digital TUI Experience for the employee journey in TUI, both internally and externally

  • Build collaborative relationships with key Business and People Office stakeholders and understand their recruitment needs

  • Hold exit interviews with leavers and reporting/actions for securing that we do our best as employer – key in being a preferred employer

  • Process-development to ensure we use an efficient and data-driven process when attracting and recruiting as well as when following up on own colleagues

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

  • Lead external partners and secure their delivery according to contract


  • 3-5 years’ experience from tourism, digital sales companies or other digital businesses

  • 2+ years focus on Talent Management and Resourcing at senior level

  • Proven success in delivering digital HR processes using automation as strategy

  • Degree in business administration, economics or similar

  • Strong business and people insight; able to influence and emphasize HR expertise in a business context; able to think, act and communicate strategically to deliver short and long term

  • Independent thinking with focus on results and efficiency – able to quickly sort through information, form an opinion, and develop solutions to fit multiple needs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the business
